The book is absolutely wonderful! The DVD is a real tearjerker but definitely gets the point across. As a matter of fact I have ordered a number of books over the last several years and they are all WONDERFUL!! Keep up the good work! I also like the speed in which the books are delivered.

Several years ago, someone sent me the link to this video. I loved it. It inspired me to buy dozens of these books to give away. Then one day, I wondered if the movie was the whole book. This was 2 YEARS after I bought my first book! There was SO MUCH MORE than Johnny's story in there! This is a book that you will want to buy in quantity. I am no longer in sales, but its truths still are effective for everyday living. So, watch the movie. But, don't forget to read the book!

We purchased this video to show to all our employees at town hall meetings. There were tears shed at the beauty of this story. In just three minutes the simple story of Johnny the Bagger hopefully helped our staff realize that they can make a difference in others lives no matter what job they perform. Great!!!!

The book was good, but tended to talk down to the reader by emotionalizing on some seemingly well rehearsed service cliches. The DVD was nothing more than a "High School" power point...no audio and very sophomorish visuals. I had a greater expectation...

I met Barbara over 20 years ago and her message still rings true...and strong. We use the DVD to complement a class on earning customer loyalty and this video creates an immediate understanding of the impact than one person can make.
