A powerful little
book !
From Sarah of
Burleson, Texas. I have lost count of how many of these little
books I have purchased and given away. Probably more than thirty. I
attach an insert inside the front cover of each book that the
recipient cannot keep the book but must pass it on to someone else.
It is so inspirational and speaks to the heart. It is an amazing
story that everyone should hear or read and the
illustrations/photos are very well done. I will order more and more
of them.

- It is a story all Christians are familiar with, the
story of Jesus. But it is told in such a way, you almost feel as if
you are hearing it for the first time
- Makes a wonderful gift for people of the Christian
faith
Ken Blanchard, author of the "One Minute Manager" first heard
One Solitary Life at the end of the Christmas pageant at the
Crystal Cathedral in Orange, California. He says this:
"The first time I heard One Solitary Life, it hit me like a
ton of bricks. It put in perspective that all of the pushing in
life for wealth, power and status doesn't really mean anything.
What really matters is what you do for others."
Through some digging he found that the story came from a
powerful essay from a 1926 sermon by James A. Francis depicting the
life, journey and message of Jesus. No other man, army or movement
has affected the people on this earth as much as his "One
Solitary Life."
Years later Ken met with Mac Anderson, founder of Simple Truths,
and the project went into motion and we are proud to offer you this
classic story beautifully laid out in a gift book you will be proud
to give as well as a movie that will help you put your life into
perspective and feel renewed and blessed.
Ken Blanchard writes a powerful foreword and offers meaningful
reflections about how Jesus made a difference with his life... and
what we can do with ours.
