I purchased this book to conduct a training retreat for my Department Heads. We used "Pulling Together" last year, and I had hoped this would be as strong, but I felt as did my Department Heads that the book was weak on leadership principles, that it was repetative and that it lacked that "punch" of leadership principles that we've come to expect in these kinds of books.
