Habits Die Hard
From sydelle Rothstein of palm Desert, California on 5/12/2012 .
In my opinion, Habits Die Hard is the most important book of the three books I ordered and received. The reason that I put it first in importance is because in order for one to achieve any goals one sets, and be successful in any area, one must first examine his or her habits and find those that would hold one back from achieving the other two.

I really like this book... however I have a number of people (employees) that were over-whelmed with so many exercises... Maybe they should have done more of them instead of "whining" about it. If it was presented as a 4 week training workshop... could be a great use of the book!

This is a great book, especially for those who have a hard time with habits. Most of us get into a rut and do not see that our everyday habits can affect our lives. Old habits are hard to break but it take a short time to develop new ones, so give it a try! Good luck with your new habits and this is a great gift book too!
