I generate a TON of business for you by giving your books away in my lectures to hundreds of dental professionals - who then order from you at my suggestion.

What I DID NOT like was I got an email with a "specail" price so I ordered more books and the next day the email for less off. The next day anothber email for even more off. I should get my books at the best possible discount. I did like all the emails to see the books and thinking I am getting a good deal to find out had I waited it would have been better.

Makes me not want to respond to emails.
